PA Educational Trust

The PA Educational Trust was established in 1999 with a mission to deliver quality education at par with global standards. The Trust through its various educational institutions is committed to mould the new generation with knowledge, ethics and social responsibility. With Dr. PA Ibrahim, a renowned educationalist and philanthropist at the helm of affairs, the Trust is well equipped to groom talents and turn them into top quality professionals with deep knowledge and strong ethics.

In the initial years of establishment of the Trust, it envisioned and succeeded in establishing PA College of Engineering (PACE) which is now a renowned college in this geographical area. The college is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (Belgaum), approved by AICTE (New Delhi) and recognized by the Govt. of Karnataka as a minority institution. The institute offers both undergraduate program (Bachelor of Engineering) and Post Graduate Program (Master of Technology). Seven departments are recognized as University Research Centers which offers Ph.D. / M.Sc. based on the research work. In 2009 P.A. College of engineering became the very first institution to acquire the post coveted NBA accreditation in the district of Mangalore (D.K).

In the very next year of establishing the engineering college, the trust was successful in establishing Centre for Management Studies and Research offering MBA Program. The MBA program is administered through the best faculty in the field having high academic qualifications and / or Industry exposure. The management graduates from this department are most sought by companies in India and abroad.

In the year 2002, PA First Grade College established. It is affiliated to Manglore University. The College has been recognized by University Grants Commission since a long time and is counted among the top-rated colleges in Karnataka with an excellence academic track record. It currently offers courses such as B.Sc. in Food Technology, B.Sc. in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics, BCA, BBA and B.com with add - on courses like Aviation Management & Hospitality, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Travel and Tourism.

The next venture of the Trust is P.A. Polytechnic. It was established in 2006 offering three years Diploma course in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Civil, Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering.

The latest ventures of PA Educational Trust are PA College of Pharmacy (established in 2018) which offers B.Pharm and D.Pharm courses and PA Institute of Physiotherapy (established in 2019) which offers BPT course.

PAET is well equipped to establish more educational institutions and offer many more courses and make them centers of excellence. The Trust has plans of continuing in the path of development making the institutions into an autonomous and ultimately into a Deemed University.
